Frequently Asked Questions
Do you combine Western astrology and Vedic astrology in the same way?
No. Western astrology and Jyotiṣa are distinct systems with different assumptions and methods. Each is used deliberately, depending on the nature of the question. They are not merged casually or treated as interchangeable.
What kind of astrology do you practice?
Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form or schedule a call—we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.
Is astrology used predictively in this practice?
Astrology is used to assess patterns, pressures, cycles, and periods of effort. It is not used to offer absolute predictions or guarantees. Interpretation is conditional and tied to context and action.
What can I bring to a consultation?
Consultations work best when questions are specific and grounded in real circumstances. Broad life themes such as work direction, timing, and periods of pressure are appropriate topics.
How do your consultations work?
Once you have scheduled and paid for a consultation via the booking site, you will receive an email notification to confirm the same. The confirmation email contains a link to the online questionnaire to complete 2 days before your session. One day and one hour before the session, you will receive an email reminder containing the link to the online meeting room. After your session, you can receive the transcript, recording, and summary notes from your session.
Are your courses suitable for beginners?
My courses are usually not suitable for beginners. Prerequisites and expectations will be clearly stated for each course.
Do courses mix Western astrology and Vedic astrology?
No. Courses treat each tradition separately, with clear boundaries and appropriate context for each system.
Do you offer medical, legal, or financial advice?
Yes, however Astrology is not meant to act as a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice. Consultations and courses focus on understanding patterns and timing, not diagnosis or instruction to replace conventional professional advice in these areas.
What determines the usefulness of astrology?
The usefulness of astrology depends on the clarity of the question, the context in which it is applied, and how the information is used. In my view, Astrology provides perspective, not unqualified certainty.
